01 What documents do I need to rent a car?

You need a valid national ID or passport, driver's license, and a credit card with sufficient limit. For corporate rentals, a tax certificate and circular of signature are also required.

02 What are the minimum age and license requirements?

You must be at least 21 years old and have held a driver's license for at least one year. These requirements may vary depending on the vehicle group.

03 How can I reserve a car?

You can book online via the RepeatCar website, call our call center, or visit our office in person. All bookings are confirmed via SMS/email.

04 How does vehicle delivery and return work?

Vehicles are delivered clean and well-maintained with the same fuel level as received. Returns must match the fuel level; otherwise, fuel difference and service fees apply. Delivery or return can be arranged at our office or your address for an extra fee.

05 Can I drive to another city with the rental car?

Yes, you may travel anywhere within Turkey. However, for some vehicle groups or specific situations, prior approval may be required.

06 Can someone else drive the vehicle?

Only drivers listed on the contract may operate the vehicle. Additional drivers must be registered in advance and may incur extra charges.

07 Do rental rates vary by duration?

Yes, prices differ for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. Discounts and promotions may apply for long-term rentals.

08 What should I do in case of an accident or damage?

Do not move the vehicle. Contact the traffic police or gendarmerie, obtain a report and alcohol test, then notify RepeatCar immediately.

09 What happens if I receive a traffic fine?

Traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility and will be charged to the credit card on file.

10 What if I return the car late?

Delays up to 1 hour are free. After that, an hourly fee or a full day's charge may apply. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate a delay.

11 Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a pre-authorization amount is held on your credit card based on the vehicle group. This amount is automatically released within 21–28 business days if the vehicle is returned without any issues. Some of our protection packages may waive the deposit requirement.

12 What services are included in the rental fee?

The rental fee includes Compulsory Traffic Insurance, Fair Fuel Policy, VAT, and all applicable taxes.

13 Is there a mileage limit?

Yes, there is a mileage limit depending on the rental duration. (1–15 days: 200 km/day, 15–30 days: 3,000 km total, 30+ days: 100 km/day). Monthly and long-term rentals may include different mileage packages. Extra mileage is charged per km. All details are clearly stated in the rental agreement.

14 What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund. If the cancellation is made within the last 24 hours, one day's rental fee may be charged. For more information, please contact our customer service.
