Required Documents
In order to rent a car from RepeatCar offices, the person who will rent the vehicle must submit the documents issued in their name to the vehicle delivery person.
-Chip ID card for citizens of the Republic of Turkey
-Passport and entry stamp for overseas citizens.
-Driving licence.
-Credit card for deposit and payment processing.
IMPORTANT
Country Entry Stamp: Since the driver's license validity period of foreign citizens is limited to 6 months, drivers with an entry stamp older than 6 months are not rented.
Driving licence: Driver's licenses for overseas citizens must be in accordance with the Latin alphabet and international use.
RepeatCar branches use the electronic commerce V-POS infrastructure of the relevant banks, whose security is approved by contracted banks and supported by 3-D secure payment. Therefore, the credit card you will use during the rental must be ready to online shopping.
Persons who do not meet the above-mentioned conditions and do not have their driver's license and credit cards with them at the time of delivery of the vehicle will not be delivered to the vehicle, even though they have a reservation. In such a case, the cancellation and refund conditions apply exactly. No refunds may be made.
Driver:
Only the person(s) written in the contract and delivery form can use the vehicle you rented. In case of use of the vehicle by 3rd parties who are not specified in the documents in question, the validity of all insurance insurance guarantees will disappear in case of any damage that may occur.
You can contact our branches to add additional drivers. A maximum of 2 additional drivers can be defined in a vehicle. The age and driving license year conditions that apply to vehicle groups also apply to additional drivers.

Return to a Different Branch
It is possible to return your car to a different branch than the branch you rented it from, provided that it is evaluated according to the availability of the branch and vehicle. In this case, a one-way fee is charged. You can find out the one-way fees on our website or from our relevant offices.
Going Abroad
Our vehicles are not allowed to go abroad, they can be used within the borders of Turkey.
Rental Period
Our vehicles are charged at least 24 hours a day and 30 days a month.
Extension
If you request to use the vehicle for a longer period than the date specified in the contract, you must extend the rental period by contacting our branches. In case of late arrival of the vehicle without extending the period, late fees are applied to the highest rental price according to the rented vehicle/vehicle group.
Early Return
If you request to return the vehicle earlier than the date specified in the contract, you must shorten the rental period by contacting our branches. No refund is made for shortening the time.
No Show
Your vehicle will be 59 minutes from the delivery time specified in your reservation. It is kept ready in our branches throughout the period. If the vehicle is not received within the specified period, the vehicle will not be guaranteed. In case of possible delay, you can contact our branches in advance in order not to lose your vehicle warranty.
Out of Working Hours
Overtime fees are applied to return or pick up the vehicle outside the specified working hours in our branches. Working hours may vary according to branches and delivery points. Out-of-hours service fee is 20€.
Cleaning of Vehicles
Our vehicles are delivered with interior and exterior cleaning. At the end of the rental, cleaning fees are applied in cases such as non-standard contamination, throwing garbage or personal belongings into the vehicle, asphalt stains due to use, situations and stains that require additional cleaning and staining on the seat or interior parts, traces of sea salt on the seats, smoking & tobacco use, hair-lint or stains caused by transporting pets, etc.
Cleaning fees can vary between €15-€200.
Special Items
At the end of the rental, check whether you have any personal belongings in the vehicle. The renter is responsible for personal items forgotten in the vehicle.
Vehicle Images
The vehicle models appearing on our website and/or on the websites of the intermediary/broker companies that provide reservations for our vehicles are considered as examples of the relevant group, and service can be provided with an equivalent vehicle other than the relevant vehicle group at the time of rental.
Fuel
You must return the vehicle at the same fuel level as you received it. If you return it with missing fuel, the missing returned fuel fee and a service fee of 10€ are applied. No refund will be made in case of excess fuel.
Traffic Fines, Bridge Highway Crossings, Parking Fees
In addition to traffic fines, bridge, motorway toll and parking fees, a service charge of 10€ applies.
Damage Management
In cases where the rented vehicle is involved in an accident, is involved in a crime or needs repairs, a damage management fee of 50€ is applied.

Coverages
Our additional insurances and assurances that you can purchase to use your vehicle more safely are summarized below. You can get information from our branches for fees and reservations.
- Collision Damage Waiver with Excess: Provided that a police and alcohol report is submitted, damages exceeding the specified excess amount are covered under the protection package. The excess amount is the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the driver. Tires, windows, and minor damages are not included in this protection coverage.
- Tire, Window and Mirror Protection: This protection covers non-accident damages to one item of the front windshield, side mirrors, or tires. This protection does not cover bodywork or rim damages.
- Mini Damage Protection: For non-accident damages to the vehicle’s bodywork, in the absence of a police/gendarmerie report or accident report, coverage is provided based on the driver’s valid written statement. This protection covers one scratch or dent on the bodywork.
- No-Deposit Rental: The deposit normally required during the rental period is waived. No deposit is requested, and there is no credit card requirement.
- Zero-Excess Protection: Provided that a police and alcohol report is submitted, the excess amount for damages to the vehicle’s bodywork is reduced to zero. This protection does not cover tire, window, mirror, or minor damage protection on its own.
- Full Protection: Full Protection provides the most comprehensive coverage for all bodywork damages resulting from accidents, collisions, impacts, theft, and similar situations, provided that a police and alcohol report is obtained. The excess amount is reduced to zero, no deposit is required, and there is no credit card obligation. Tire, window, mirror, and minor damage protections are included in this package.
IMPORTANT:Third Party Liability (Optional Financial Liability-IMM) is within the scope of Compulsory Traffic Insurance and is equal to the amount determined by the Insurance Association of Turkey. If the damages that may occur to the other party exceed this amount, the driver is responsible and obliged to pay in advance.
Mileage Usage
Depending on the vehicle groups and rental period, daily and monthly rental mileage limits are shown on the car reservation page and in the contract. Usage above the specified kilometers is charged per kilometer. For mileage usage not specified in the contract or on the booking pages, the daily mileage usage is calculated as 200km/day and a maximum of 3,000km per cost. For rentals of 30 days or more, it continues as 100km per day. (1-15 days 200km/day, 16-30 days total 3.000km, 30+ 100km per day) Mileage Excess Fees are applied between 0.10€/km and 0.55€/km according to vehicle classes.
Deposit and Excess Fees
During the rental, the guarantee amounts determined according to the vehicle groups, except for the car rental fee, are collected from your credit card. Depending on your Findeks score and financial situation on the date of the report, the coverage amounts may be applied differently at the time of vehicle delivery.
If the vehicle is received in full and undamaged, the guarantee will be fully refunded to your card within 28 business days at the latest. In order to rent the car, you must be able to present a credit card registered in your name at the time of rental. It is not possible to benefit from the car rental service with a credit card that is not in the name of the renter.

IMPORTANT: RepeatCar reserves the authority to take less/more deposits, not to take deposits, to receive cash deposits, to use debit cards and to change them when necessary, within the scope of campaigns or some additional packages or when it deems necessary. The Driver/Renter cannot object to these changes.
Findeks – Kredi Notu
During the rental, a Findeks inquiry is made about the renter. Rental services can be provided in line with the financial score of the lessor within the framework determined by Findeks. It is not possible to rent a car if it is not possible to check the Findeks score or if the score is not sufficient to rent the desired vehicle. In cases where Findeks inquiry is not allowed and/or possible, the reservation fee will not be refunded due to cancellation. Credit card deposit guarantee is mandatory for Turkish citizens, and the credit card registered in the driver's name must have a credit card limit gap of at least the amount determined by our company.
Reservation cancellation and modification
Early Booking campaigns:In early booking campaigns, only the lease start date and time can be shortened towards the lease end date. No refunds can be made.
Prepaid reservations:In your prepaid reservations, you can change the vehicle group in addition to the changes you can make in early booking campaigns.
Some changes may cause price differences. If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before the start of the rental, the full rental fee will be refunded. Reservations less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
Pay later reservations:There is no cancellation or change fee for later reservations. Some changes may cause price differences. For reservations you have made with payment, the rental fee refund will be refunded to your credit card within 30 business days from your cancellation date for security reasons.
In case of making a prepaid reservation despite not meeting the conditions specified in these rental conditions, including age, driver's license, credit card and the like, the cancellation refund period and conditions mentioned above will be valid exactly. If such a situation is detected at the time of delivery, it is considered a last-minute cancellation and no refund will be made.
Situations Excluded from Coverage
In case of accident or damage, the renter, the vehicle's tires, glass and plastic parts, undercarriage are not covered.
The Renter accepts and declares that the assurances, insurance, motor insurance and assurances will be disabled in the following cases, and the responsibility and all expenses will be borne by the renter of the vehicle;
- Careless and careless use of the vehicle or 100% unilateral defect,
- Running red lights, driving dangerously or uncontrollably exceeding speed limits,
- Not to get Police & Gendarmerie and Alcohol reports in case of accidents,
- Mechanical failures that may occur as a result of incorrect fuel filling,
- All damages that may occur as a result of a person who is not registered on the rental contract being involved in an accident with the vehicle,
- Carrying passengers and cargo more than its capacity by vehicle,
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- Using the vehicle in unbuilt or off-road areas,
- In case the vehicle is stolen, the lessee must present the vehicle's license and key.
IMPORTANT:In case of accidents, obtaining a Gendarmerie & Police report and alcohol report or keeping the accident report completely and with its wet signed copy; Accident photos of the vehicles, other Accident vehicle and driver involved in the accident; It is obligatory to obtain a copy of the license, insurance policy, ID and driver's license. If these conditions are not fulfilled or if you are 100% wrong; Accident While Crossing a Red Light, having an accident due to excessive speed or alcohol & drug use, hitting barriers, pavement due to carelessness, having an accident by leaving the road and similar situations, all insurance or guarantees are considered completely invalid, all liability and damage costs, damage costs, and the rental vehicle leaving work belong to the lessee.

In the table above, exemption areas are specified according to vehicle classes. In cases where a Police/Gendarmerie and alcohol report is obtained at the time of damage/accident, the contract holder or driver/drivers are obliged to pay in advance the amount specified in the table. Above these amounts are covered. In cases where the Police/Gendarmerie and alcohol reports are not obtained, the assurance is deemed completely invalid and the contract holder or driver(s) are obliged to pay the entire damage and the resulting loss of work and value in advance.
Accident/Damage Amounts
In the table below, in the absence of a police and alcohol report or in 100% defective/faulty situations, red light violation, excessive speed, accident due to unilateral carelessness, entering the opposite direction or changing within or outside the accident situation, the parts that need to be repaired and the parts that can be repaired/replaced and priced in advance within the vehicle repair centers according to the vehicle groups. For cases where it is not possible to specify a price in advance or is not on the list, the parts and labor prices determined by the authorized services of the authorized brand are valid, regardless of the brand and model of the rented vehicle. If the bodywork, bodywork, sub-parts, interior parts, engine, mechanical, glass, plastic and electrical components caused by the driver are not on the list, they are calculated by taking the price from the authorized service and requested from the lessee. The lessee is obliged in advance to pay for the damages caused to the vehicle by himself or someone else.
