In addition to the rental agreement, a second driver can be designated to drive the vehicle. This additional driver service is offered for an extra fee of €5 per day.
The additional driver must have a valid driver's license and meet the rental requirements. Driving by unauthorized persons may void insurance coverage and violate the rental agreement, making the renter fully responsible in case of any damage.

Designed for the safe transport of children aged 0–12, our child seats are available for rent at an extra charge of €5 per day. Upon request, the child seat will be pre-installed before your vehicle is delivered.
According to legal regulations, children within certain age and weight limits are required to travel in a child seat. Therefore, we kindly ask customers traveling with children to specify this need in advance.

**Young Driver**: Our car rental service is available to drivers who meet the age and license criteria specified in our rental conditions and reservation pages. However, for customers who are under the minimum required age or license duration, the Young Driver service is available for an additional fee of €10 per day.
**Senior Driver**: For drivers aged 69 and above, our Senior Driver service includes a revised rental policy due to age-related risk management. For those aged 69+, an additional insurance fee of €10 per day applies.
Physical fitness, a valid driver’s license, and general health may be checked prior to rental. This is important for the safety of both the driver and others on the road.
Thanks to this service, young drivers can rent vehicles under specific insurance and policy conditions. For your safety and legal compliance, special terms and insurance coverage apply to young drivers.
Standard pick-up and return times for vehicles are between 08:00 – 22:00. Outside of these hours, our Out-of-Hours Service applies.
For vehicle pick-up or return outside 08:00 – 22:00, a one-time €20 service fee is charged due to operational arrangements and staff support.
Customers who wish to use this service must notify us of their pick-up/return time in advance to ensure smooth transactions even outside working hours.

All our vehicles are delivered to customers clean, well-maintained, and complete. We also pay great attention to cleanliness during the return process.
If a vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition beyond normal use, a cleaning fee ranging from €20 to €200 may apply due to the need for deep cleaning.
This fee depends on the level of dirt and may include services such as interior cleaning, seat stain removal, exterior wash, and odor elimination.
We kindly ask our customers to return the vehicle in the same clean and tidy condition as received to avoid additional charges. Please respect this rule for a smooth rental experience.
Our vehicles are delivered with a specific fuel level as stated in the rental agreement. They must be returned with the same fuel level.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the missing amount will be charged based on current fuel prices, in addition to the rental fee. An extra service fee will also be charged for the refueling operation.
The total of this service fee and fuel cost will be communicated at the time of return or via invoice afterward.
To avoid extra charges after your trip, please make sure to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you received it.
All traffic fines, toll road charges (HGS/OGS), and other legal penalties incurred during the rental period are associated with the vehicle’s license plate.
In such cases, a one-time service fee of €10 is charged in addition to the fine or toll fee for processing and notification services.
Toll fees and fines may be invoiced after they are reported by the official authorities. Customers should be aware of their responsibilities during this process.

In case of any accident, damage, or traffic incident involving the rental vehicle, we handle the documentation, insurance reporting, and repair process with great care.
A one-time Damage Management Fee of €50 applies for handling the operational process, collecting documents, opening a damage case, and coordinating the repair.
This fee is only charged when damage occurs and the process begins. Even if the damage is covered by insurance or not the customer's fault, the administrative fee still applies.

All rentals include a mileage limit as stated in the reservation or rental agreement.
If the specified mileage is exceeded, a fee of €0.20 per km will be charged. The excess mileage is determined based on the vehicle’s total usage and return inspection.
To avoid additional costs, customers may purchase extra mileage packages before the rental begins.
